Family Care Associates, a progressive and independent medical group with over 30 years of healthcare leadership, is seeking a compassionate and skilled LCSW or LCPC to join our interdisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment alongside physicians, family and pediatric nurse practitioners and fellow behavioral health providers. Position Responsibilities: • Provide clinical therapy sessions and comprehensive evaluations • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement treatment plans • Work with patients across the lifespan; experience with patients of all ages is preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in social work or counseling • Active and current Illinois licensure as an LCSW or LCPC • Clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting preferred PAY RANGE is $60,000-$70,000 annual salary, depending on education, experience, certification, and skill sets.
