Established in 1990, Family Care Associates is an independent physician’s office in Effingham, IL. We provide a full range of quality medical care to the patients and families we serve. We are a certified rural health clinic and are a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home.
At Family Care Associates, we believe that true healthcare goes beyond just treating symptoms — it’s about caring for the whole person, mind and body. That’s why we are proud to offer the only fully integrated healthcare model in the area, combining primary care and behavioral health services under one roof. Our healthcare team includes four behavioral health providers including, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, and Certified Play Therapist.
