For the safety of our patients and our team, Family Care Associates will be closing at 4pm today (Wednesday, April 2) due to the threat of severe weather, including heavy rain, hail, and possible tornado activity.

We plan to reopen Thursday at 7:00am and resume our regular hours (7:00am – 5:00pm).
