Important Insurance Update:

We are aware that some patients have received letters from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois incorrectly stating that Family Care Associates providers are out of network. This appears to be a system error on the insurance company’s side. Please be assured that our providers remain in network with BCBS of Illinois, and we are actively working with them to resolve the issue. At this time, there is nothing you need to do. If any claims were processed incorrectly, our billing department will follow up once BCBS corrects the error. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with the insurance company to resolve this matter.
