New Statement and Billing Notification System


Family Care Associates has recently implemented a new patient statement and payment notification system.

Patients will now receive a text message, phone call, or portal/web notification regarding a balance on their account before a paper statement is mailed. If payment is not received within 3 days, a printed statement will then be generated and mailed.

Please note that these notifications will also be sent to patients who are currently on payment plans or receiving family assistance.
